When we design events, we create 3D renders that let you visualize everything ahead of time. Whether you have an event planner or you're doing it yourself, the designs are set to scale, so you know exactly how everything will fit. How Do We Design To Scale?
To design your event to scale, we’ll need a few key things from you. First, take at least four pictures of the ballroom, always with your back to the wall, one facing front, one back, one left and one right. Then, record a video of the entire space. Most importantly, we need precise measurements, linear feet of the entire room, the dance floor, and any other key areas. If possible, ask the caterer for a floor plan of the ballroom. If we have that, we’ll trace it and work from there. Regardless, the more pictures and video we have, the better, but these four key angles and measurements will ensure we get an accurate, to scale design.
